As Credit Karma's head of quality engineering, Stephanie has assembled a multidisciplinary team of engineers who are committed to creating and implementing quality practises, reliability tooling, and security standards throughout the engineering organisation as a whole, which accounts for more than half of the company's workforce. Since more than seven years ago, when Stephanie first joined Credit Karma, she has led significant engineering initiatives and safeguards that have strengthened Credit Karma's entire development lifecycle and enabled a safe and effective user experience for the company's more than 120 million members.
