The Pathwayz Group was founded by multi-award-winning keynote speaker and businesswoman Amber Vanderburg. She resigned her position as corporate HR manager in 2016 to work as the Adidas Gameday Academy/Paris Saint-Germain Academy's sole female, American, and blonde elite football coach in Bangalore, India. She collaborated with an international group of coaches to change the corporate culture, training programs, and organizational structure in order to create a team that performs better. Today, Amber and The Pathwayz Group use an action-focused strategy to deal with worldwide teams who suffer from employee conflict, ineffective procedures, and unmet performance objectives.
