QA Tester

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Based on the outcome of test cycles have to create QA report
• Must be able to give proper feedbacks to developers regarding fixing the bug
• Have to perform front-end as well as back-end testing
• Have to act accordingly to the test plan, requirements and scenarios
• Defect details have to be logged and reported as they appear. QA tester also have to record the detection process so that the bugs can be conveyed to the developers easily
• He must execute test script and evaluate the results
• Must conduct post-release/post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional team to ensure maximum test quality
• Understanding about metrics and experienced in manual testing
